Question- Mere pitaji ke paas ek plot hai, jis par mai apna ghar banana chahta hu, Jis par me apna ghar banana chahta hu. Agar mai eske liye home loan lu, to mujhe kya karna hoga? Tex me chut pane ke liye koun sa raasta sabse accha saabit hota-mere pitaji se gift deed ya sale deed?

Answer- Chunky aap jameen ke malik nahi hai, esliye aapkpo lan ke byaaj par aur loan ke repayment par tax ke labh nahi milenge. Agar aapkpo malik banna hai to ki co-owner, to aapko ta gift paane wale ya ki kharedar ke taur par eska malikana adhikar lena hoga. Agar yah aapko gift ke taur par milta hai, to eske transfer socument me lagne vali stamp duty par bachat hoga.

Question- Maine shuruat me bank se loan liya tha, fir apni property ko bechkarapna loan bhi bhar diya. Maine naya ghar liya hai aur naya loan bhi ek anya bank se. Kya dono hi loan par tax ka fayda le sakti hun?

Answer- Ye prashan use varsh se sambandhit hoga, jisme pahla vala loan chukaya gaya aur dusra liya gaya. Question- Mai apna apartment bechkar naya ghar lena chahta hu, Maine ek bank se 3 lack rupay ka loan liya hai. Kya yah loan naye apartment ke liye tranfer ho sakta hai?

Answer- Home loan transfer karne vala koi pravdhan nahi hota hai. Agar aap apni vartman property bechna chahte hai, to aapko vartmaan property per kiye gaye loan ko foreclose yani ki niyat avadhi se pahle hi puri tarah chukana hoga. Nai proeprty par aapko home loan aapki credit history aur aay ke adhar par milega. Ho sakta hai ki naye loan par thori si procesing fees lee jaye.
