Supreem Court: Ne Noida Extension ke gaon ke teen kisano ki yachika per Noida Authority ko notice jari kia hai. court ne ek kisan ke mamle me kaha ki yadi uski zameen ka kabja authority ne nahi liya hai to use per kabja na kiya jaye. Shesh do kisano ki aisi arzi court ne khariz kar di.


Justice RM Lodha ki adhyakshta wali khandpeeth ne somwat (Monday) ko yeh notice kisan Shrichand, Sunita Gupta aur Ajit Singh ki vishesh anumati yachikaon per dia. Court ne en yachikao ko ese mamle ki anya yachikaon ke sath nathi karwa dia. Authority ki ore se vakeel ravinder kumar pesh hue unhone kaha ki Noida extension ki poori bhumi per authority ka kabja hai aur kisano ka yeh kahna galat hai ki bhumi khali padi hai. Noida extension ke ese mamle me 1000 se jyada kisan hai, jinme se saikado supreem court me yachika dayar kar cuke hai. Unka kehna hai ki unhe unki zameen wapas ki jaye.

Allahabad Highcourt ne 20 October 2010ki ek adesh dekar Noida Extension ke gaonke kisano ki zameen lautane ki yachika khariz kar di thi. High court ne kaha tha ki Noida Extension ka kafi vikash ho chuka hai aise me kisano ki bhumi lautana sambhav nahi hai. Eske evaj me ucch court ne unhe muawja badhakar lagbhag doguna karne tatha 10% (feesadi) bhumi dene ka aadesh dia tha. Anek kisano ne ese aadesh ko supreem court me chunauti di hai jis per authority ko notice jari kiye ja rahe hai.
