Justice RM Lodha ki adhyakshta wali khandpeeth ne somwat (Monday) ko yeh notice kisan Shrichand, Sunita Gupta aur Ajit Singh ki vishesh anumati yachikaon per dia. Court ne en yachikao ko ese mamle ki anya yachikaon ke sath nathi karwa dia. Authority ki ore se vakeel ravinder kumar pesh hue unhone kaha ki Noida extension ki poori bhumi per authority ka kabja hai aur kisano ka yeh kahna galat hai ki bhumi khali padi hai. Noida extension ke ese mamle me 1000 se jyada kisan hai, jinme se saikado supreem court me yachika dayar kar cuke hai. Unka kehna hai ki unhe unki zameen wapas ki jaye.

NCR Ka Dayera Aur Badha

Rastriya Rajdhani shetra ka vistaar karte hue NCR planning board ne somwar (Monday) ko Rajasthan ke Bharapur, Bhiwani tatha Hariyana ke Mahendragarh ko NCR me shamil karne ke prastav ko manjoori de di hai. Ab Uttar Pradesh ke Mathura, Hatras aur Aligarh jilo ko NCR me shamil karne ki baari hai. NCR planning board jald hi UP ke en teeno jilo ko bhi NCR me shamil kar sakta hai.

NCR planning board ki baithak ke baad shahri vikaas mantri kamalnath ne kaha ki NCR me 3 jeelo Bharatpur, Bhiwani aur Mahendragarh ko shamil kiya gaya hai. Jabki Jind aur Karnaal ko NCR me shamil karne ke samband me Hariyana sarkaar alag se ek prastaav bhejegi. Enn 3 Jeelo ke shamil hone ke baad NCR ka shetraphal 34,144 warg kilometer se badhkar 46,249 warg kilometer ho jayega.

Baithak me moujood ek sheersh adhikari ne kaha ki UP ke 3 jilo ko Shamil karne ka vichar bhi NCR planning board ke samakhsa hai. UP sarkar ki ore se aupcharik prastaav liya jayega. Adhikari ne kaha ki ab tak NCR me sirf ve jile shamil the jo Delhi se 100 Km ke dayere me the. Ab yeh daayera badhakar 150 Km ker diya gaya hai. Esliye Hathras, Aligarh aur Mathura bhi ab eske dayere me  aa jayenge.

Gourtalab hai ki December 2012 me UP sarkar ne kendra ko parta likhkar enn jeelo ko NCR me shamil karne ka aagrah kiya tha. NCR planning board ne Jaipur ko Counter-Magnet area ka darja dene sambandhi Rajasthan sarkar ke prastaav ko bhi manjoori de di hai.

Counter- Magnet area Delhi aane wale prawasiyo ko apni ore kheechane ka kaam karega. Board ne UP ki upshetriya yojna ko bhi manjoori de di hai. Kamalnaath ne kaha ki NCR me sharikaran 62 % ho jayegi. Eske alawa NCR ki prati vyakti aaye bhi desh me sarvadhik hai.
