Lekin mai pehle khareedi property per tax choot le chuka hu. kya dusri porperty per bhi tax choot le sakta hu, Kya dusri porperty ki stamp duty per milne wali choot ke liye awedan kar sakta hu, Pehli wali property ke liye mai aisa kar chuka hu, Krapya bataye.

Answer- Chunky aap jameen ke malik nahi hai, esliye aapkpo lan ke byaaj par aur loan ke repayment par tax ke labh nahi milenge. Agar aapkpo malik banna hai to ki co-owner, to aapko ta gift paane wale ya ki kharedar ke taur par eska malikana adhikar lena hoga. Agar yah aapko gift ke taur par milta hai, to eske transfer socument me lagne vali stamp duty par bachat hoga.

Answer- Ye prashan use varsh se sambandhit hoga, jisme pahla vala loan chukaya gaya aur dusra liya gaya. Agar jo ghar becha gaya hai, use aapke malikaana haq me 5 saal se kam samay hua, to use varsh me kisi bhi home loan ki mukhya rashi me se kisi tarah ki koi chut nahi milegi aur principal amount ke hisse ke liye usse pahle ke varsho me daava ki gai katauti ko use varsh ki aay mana jayega, jis par tex lagega.

Question- Mai apna apartment bechkar naya ghar lena chahta hu, Maine ek bank se 3 lack rupay ka loan liya hai. Kya yah loan naye apartment ke liye tranfer ho sakta hai?

Answer- Home loan transfer karne vala koi pravdhan nahi hota hai. Agar aap apni vartman property bechna chahte hai, to aapko vartmaan property per kiye gaye loan ko foreclose yani ki niyat avadhi se pahle hi puri tarah chukana hoga. Nai proeprty par aapko home loan aapki credit history aur aay ke adhar par milega. Ho sakta hai ki naye loan par thori si procesing fees lee jaye.
