Vivado ko kam karne ke uddeshya se partiyo ko saude ke dastavej me yeh spast roop se likhna chahiye ki yeh lease hai ya license.


Lease deed ya license deed me kiraya/ license fees, kis party ka property er vishesh kabja rahega, property ke estemal ke niyam etyadi spast roop se likhe jaane chahiye. kisi saude ki prakrity agar vastav me lealsle jaisi hai to sadharan taur per use dastavej ko license deed ka naam dene bhar se vah license deed nahi ban jata. yeh pahle se hi sthapit hai ki saude ki prakrity ka nirdharan karne ke liye dastavej ka naamkaran gaud hota hai.
